SITE
North Staffordshire’s first live/work units are in a refurbished and converted series of Victorian buildings, with a modern rear extensions, on the main shopping street at the heart of Burslem, which is now being transformed into ‘North Staffordshire’s creative centre’.

Located next to Burslem School of Art, with close links to the nearby Ceramica project, the Queen Street Enterprise Units and new enterprise units being developed throughout the area, such as those at Port Vale Football Club.

Midland Heart (£380k), the Homes & Communities Agency (£450k for residential element), Advantage West Midlands / North Staffs Regeneration Partnership (£680k for main development and work element) and the Townscape Heritage Initiative (£90k) for historic restoration
