Pilot scheme to create holistic lifetime housing that provides an enabling environment for residents. Aiming to re-engineer way social housing is created. Larger than usual floor area includes 4 square metres of communally placed quiet corner upstairs, could be boarded off, has dedicated window, storage cupboards, telephone points etc. Possibilities for live/work, shopping, homework etc
