Teesdale group plans creative live/work scheme

Regeneration plans for Barnard Castle include a live/work development.

The plans, which are being led by a market town regeneration team, focus on using live/work to create the heart of creative business cluster.

A survey has been sent to all creative businesses and artists in the area to test demand. And sites are being considered, including a soon-to-be-vacated council office.
