AnswersQuestion:Hi there,I currently live in a live/work property and very interested in buying another one, possibly off-plan.. Can someone please tell me who the main live/work developers are for London (in particular S/W London..) Any advice would be greatly appreciated.. Regards, Rob Answer:I suggest you look at our developer weblinks and also at lettings agents such as Hurford Salvi Carr. There is much more activity in East London, so no new developments immediately spring to mind, though the recent news item on the GLA approving live/work did mention W4 I think. Tim Dwelly

Back to top Question:I am in the process of finding Brownfield sites for Live Work Developement. I have potential funders on board who need up to date information on where Live/Work is placed in the market, need comfort that it is feasable etc. I have most of the current info but wondered if you could give me any guidence as to my approach, is there a specific way you would present a developement sight of this kind to a propective funder to give them confidence, the site I have in mind is 10 acres Brownfield on the edge of a very nice village, potential mixed use/housing depending on panning. I think it is ideal. Is there an update on % of people working from home? any surveys showing real %? I would be grateful for any input as I have to have my proposals ready in 3 weeks time.Answer:Best ring us direct 01736 331872. Yes this can be done
